Dell Latitude 13 7370 laptop battery: 4-cell, 43 Wh. The Latitude 13 7370 has a 13.3-inch non-touch display with a FHD (1920×1080) resolution. The laptop has an InfinityEdge screen design, which means it’s almost bezel-less, but the outside of the screen is made of aluminum instead of the carbon fiber that appears in some of Dell’s photos
The Latitude 13 7370 also has a QHD+ (3200×1800) touchscreen – that’s the one with the carbon fiber cover.
For connectivity, it has an Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 8260/Bluetooth 4.1 2×2 card. You can also add cellular connectivity via a Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 LTE SIM card, which supports AT&T or Verizon’s mobile networks.
