Two years after DJI launched its first FPV drone, the Avata 2 is now available, with several upgrades and a lower price, which is rare for any emerging tech product.
The Avata 2 features a lens that offers a 155-degree field of view, and a sensor that can shoot 155-degree HDR video. It also supports 4K 60fps and 2.7K 120FPS slow-motion shooting. DJI has also managed to increase the Avata’s flight time from 2 minutes to 23 minutes, an increase of 5 minutes over the original Avata, and supports fast USB-PD charging.
Increased capacity. Greater tilt angles allow for better FPV imaging options, and a maximum video transmission distance of 13 kilometers (an increase of 3 kilometers over the original Avata).

During flight, it can send real-time information from the drone to the DJI Fly app and transmit it to other devices up to 5 meters away.
