The name really says it all, as you\u2019ll find a 15.6-inch OLED display front and center with a peak brightness of 550 nits and a resolution of 2880 x 1620 (16:9 aspect ratio).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.batteriesfast.co.uk\/search?search=+ASUS+ZENBOOK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>ASUS ZENBOOK 15 OLED battery<\/u><\/strong><\/a>Having tested many of the best gaming laptops, all of which had short battery life, I\u2019m happy to be able to tell you that the Zenbook 15 OLED should last for more than a few hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASUS claims the 67Wh battery should last up to 13 hours, but I haven\u2019t quite gotten that level of performance. The battery drained by 20% while streaming The Grand Budapest Hotel on Disney+ for 1 hour and 40 minutes (full brightness). That\u2019s not bad \u2013 500 minutes, so over 8 and a half hours at full brightness on Wi-Fi \u2013 and in more general use, you\u2019ll easily get over 10 hours of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.batteriesfast.co.uk\/search?search=+ASUS+ZENBOOK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.batteriesfast.co.uk\/search?search=+ASUS+ZENBOOK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><u>ASUS ZENBOOK 15 OLED battery<\/u><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>life on a single charge. The only real issue is the MacBook Air 15-inch, which easily managed 15 hours of&nbsp;<strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.batteriesfast.co.uk\/search?search=MacBook+Air\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MacBook Air 15-inch battery<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>life when running a similar streaming test. This is probably two-thirds better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASUS ZENBOOK 15 OLED REVIEW: PERFORMANCE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zenbook model we reviewed was the &#8220;UM3504,&#8221; which comes with an AMD Ryzen 7 (7000 series) processor, 16GB of RAM, a 512GB SSD, and AMD Radeon graphics. What does that mean in English? It should be more than capable of handling any average task you throw at it. Basically, if you&#8217;re not a professional video editor or a hardcore gamer, you won&#8217;t have any problems here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of noise output, it&#8217;s not completely fanless like the MacBook Air, but it&#8217;s fairly quiet &#8211; it only gets noticeably hot when you&#8217;re gaming. As for heat, the bottom can get pretty hot, but the top stays cool at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re into benchmarks, then you might be interested to know that in our Geekbench test, this Zenbook scored 2064 for single-core CPU and 9475 for multi-core. Meanwhile, the GPU measured 28,787 &#8211; certainly respectable, but proof that this isn&#8217;t a dedicated gaming machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ASUS ZENBOOK 15 OLED REVIEW: FEATURES I must admit, I really like the Zenbook&#8217;s keyboard and trackpad. There&#8217;s plenty of room for precise typing compared to 13-inch machines, and there&#8217;s even a number pad (oh my goodness). The arrow keys do feel a little squeezed, but otherwise, it&#8217;s pretty good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re looking for a party trick, this laptop even comes with a 180-degree hinge that allows it to lay completely flat. This could be very useful if you have a standing desk, but otherwise, it&#8217;s a bit niche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In terms of connectivity, these ultra-thin laptops often forgo useful connectors for the sake of fashion, but the Zenbook does a great job.
