You won’t believe the Surface Laptop 7 battery<\/a><\/u><\/strong> life we \u200b\u200brecorded for the Surface Laptop 7, which is part of Microsoft’s “Surface” series, which includes everything from tablets to convertible computers. Frankly, I’ve never been a big fan of Surface machines. They all seem to lack that ineffable quality – the X factor – that makes them stand out in a world of MacBooks, Lenovo ThinkPads, and Dell XPS series laptops. Competition in the Surface line has always been fierce, with competitors offering better performance at lower prices. Unfortunately, the biggest obstacle to the success of the Surface family is Intel. (Even if Microsoft decides to put an AMD chip in its laptop, it performs significantly better than the Intel-based version.) The Surface Laptop 7 is also light, weighing only 2.96 pounds.
